Baja Shrimp Tostadas

Ingredients
- 24 Mission® Sliced Nacho Jalapeno Peppers, smaller jalapenos
- 1 cup Mission® Guacamole Flavored Dip
- 8 Mission® Tostadas Nortenas Rojas
- 12 oz. SeaPak® Popcorn Shrimp, Oven Crispy
- 1 cup (12 oz.) Nature Sweet® Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
- 4 tsp Chives, minced
- 2 tsp Tabasco® Brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce
Instructions
- 1Pre-heat oven to 450°F. Prepare shrimp according to package directions, reserve hot.
- 2Spread 2 Tbsp of guacamole evenly over each tostada. Next, place 6 popcorn shrimp, 2 Tbsp (6 pieces each) tomato quarters and 3 jalapeno slices over guacamole, next add 1/2 tsp chopped chives and 1/4 tsp (3 dashes each) Tabasco® Chipotle on each tostada.
- 3Serve on a platter.
Hints:
1. Break tostadas into 4th’s for smaller bite size pieces.
2. Regular Tabasco® Brand Pepper Sauce can be substituted for the Chipotle Sauce in this recipe.
3. Add shredded iceberg lettuce to each tostada for a touch of freshness.
