Beef LT Tacos

Ingredients
- 8 Mission® White Corn Tortillas
- 1/2 cup Mission® Guacamole Flavored Dip
- 32 grilled steak strips, pre-cooked
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped (approx. 1/2 cup)
- 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
Instructions
- 1Place pre-cooked steak strips into a microwaveable container and heat on high according to package instructions. Set aside and keep warm.
- 2Warm tortillas in the microwave between damp paper towels for 10 seconds, move to work surface.
- 3Spread 1 tablespoon of guacamole dip down the middle of each warm tortilla. Top each with 4 warm steak strips followed by 1 tablespoon of chopped tomato and 1/4 cup of shredded iceberg lettuce.
- 4Roll each topped tortilla into a cylinder and enjoy!
