Creamy Blueberry Mint Wraps

Ingredients
- 4 Mission® Carb Balance Medium Flour Tortillas, warm
- 3/4 cup Plain Fat-Free Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Fat-Free Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Mint, minced
- 12 tablespoons Blueberries, fresh
- 2 tablespoons Frozen Mango, thawed, cut into small pieces
Instructions
- 1In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese and mint. Mix well to combine.
- 2Gently fold in blueberries and mango chunks.
- 3Portion 1/3 cup of mixture onto the bottom third of each tortilla. Fold the sides and roll forward to form a cylinder.
- 4Cut in half and serve.
Hints:
1. Try your own combination of fruits:
Strawberries and bananas; apples and raspberries; or kiwi and papaya.
2. Add a tablespoon of granola for a healthful crunch.
