Island Chicken Snacker

Ingredients

  • 1 Mission® Garden Spinach Herb Snack Wrap
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup red and green bell peppers, thinly sliced strips
  • 1/2 teaspoon pre-cooked grilled chicken strips
  • 1/4 teaspoon jerk seasoning
  • 4 each mango slices, jar
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves, hand picked

Instructions

  1. 1Heat a small sauté pan over medium high heat, sauté sliced bell peppers in vegetable oil for 3½ -4 minutes or until soft and cooked through. Reserve hot.
  2. 2While peppers are cooking mix grilled chicken strips with jerk seasoning and microwave on high according to package instructions. Reserve hot.
  3. 3Microwave wrap on high for 10 seconds.
  4. 4Place wrap on clean work surface and spread mayonnaise evenly over the wrap.
  5. 5Line mango slices across the width of the wrap, top with hot chicken strips, add reserved peppers and hand picked cilantro.
  6. 6Roll wrap up into a cylinder, cut in half.
  7. 7Serve hot. Enjoy!

Hints:

Could substitute with your favorite seasoning mix

Could replace jarred mango with fresh peeled mango.
