Red Raspberry Cinnacheese Burritos

Ingredients
- Mission® Small/Fajita Flour Tortillas, warmed
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon Grenadine
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 cup Frozen Raspberries
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Hershey's Cinnamon Chips
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1/2 tbsp. Milk
- Peanut Oil
- Toothpicks
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
Instructions
- 1Sauce: Over medium-high heat, add grenadine and honey.
- 2In a separate bowl, combine cornstarch and additional grenadine.
- 3Slowly add to sauce pan and stir constantly until clear and thick.
- 4Add berries, stir gently, trying not to crush berries, until heated through.
- 5Set aside to cool.
- 6Filling: Combine milk and cream cheese, blend well.
- 7Add cinnamon chips. Mixture will be thick.
- 8Place approximately 1 Tbsp. mixture on tortilla, spread to center, leaving about 1/2 inch free of filling on right and left side.
- 9Fold filling side up, then fold right and left side in, like a burrito.
- 10Roll up tightly and insert toothpick at loose end through burrito to hold closed while frying.
- 11Deep fry until golden brown.
- 12Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, top with berry sauce (whip cream and fresh berries, if desired).
