Snack Wrap Pinwheels

Serves: 4, 2 wraps each
Ingredients
- 2 MissionĀ® Sundried Tomato Wraps, warm
- 2 MissionĀ® Spinach Wraps, warm
- For Turkey Wraps:
- 2 tablespoons Low-Fat Mayonnaise
- 4 slices Reduced Sodium Deli Turkey, thick sliced (approx 1/2 lb.)
- 4 slices fat free American Cheese
- For Italian Wraps:
- 2 tablespoons Low-Fat Mayonnaise
- 6 slices Salami
- 4 slices Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese
- 6 slices Pepperoni
Instructions
- 1To make the Turkey Wraps:
- 2Spread 1 Tbsp of the low-fat mayo on each warmed wrap. Lay 2 turkey slices edge to edge across the top third of each wrap, top turkey with 2 slices of American cheese. Starting from the bottom, roll forward to form an opened ended cylinder. Slice each wrap in half on an angle.
- 3To make the Italian Wraps:
- 4Spread 1 Tbsp of the low-fat mayo on each warmed wrap. Lay 3 slices of salami edge to edge across the top third of each wrap. Below the salami place 2 slices of provolone from edge to edge, and then just below the cheese place 3 pepperoni slices. Starting from the bottom, roll forward to form an opened ended cylinder. Slice each wrap in half on an angle.

Recipe Variations:
- Any of the other flavored MissionĀ® Wraps can be substituted in this recipe.
- Add shredded lettuce and pickles for added flavor and texture.
Tip:
Slice each wrap into bite-size round slices for entertaining.
