Ingredients
- 1 lb. Mission® Tortilla Strips
- 1 can (16 oz.) Refried Beans
- 3 medium Avocados
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 1/4 cups Sour Cream
- 1 pkg. Lawry's® Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 3 Tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup Olives sliced
- 16 oz. Cheddar Cheese, grated
Instructions
- 1Spread refried beans on a large plate. Mash avocados in a separate bowl.
- 2Add lemon juice and pepper. Mix well and then spread over refried beans.
- 3Combine sour cream and taco seasoning mix. Spread over refried bean mixture.
- 4Top with tomatoes, onions, olives and cheese.
- 5Serve with Mission® Tortilla Strips.
