Southwest Taco Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Mission® Tortilla Strips
  • 1 can (16 oz.) Refried Beans
  • 3 medium Avocados
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 1/4 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 pkg. Lawry's® Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 3 Tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup Olives sliced
  • 16 oz. Cheddar Cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. 1Spread refried beans on a large plate. Mash avocados in a separate bowl.
  2. 2Add lemon juice and pepper. Mix well and then spread over refried beans.
  3. 3Combine sour cream and taco seasoning mix. Spread over refried bean mixture.
  4. 4Top with tomatoes, onions, olives and cheese.
  5. 5Serve with Mission® Tortilla Strips.
