Thai Shrimp Snacker

Ingredients

  • 1 Mission® Zesty Garlic Herb Snack Wrap
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 8 medium peeled and deveined tail-off shrimp
  • 2 teaspoon thai peanut sauce, bottled
  • ¼ cup fresh mung bean sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, hand picked

Instructions

  1. 1Heat a small sauté pan over medium high heat, sauté shrimp in vegetable oil for 3½ -4 minutes or until cooked through. Reserve hot.
  2. 2Place wrap on clean work surface and spread Thai peanut sauce evenly over the wrap.
  3. 3Microwave on high for 10 seconds
  4. 4Return warm wrap to work surface and place cooked shrimp on the middle top third of the wrap.
  5. 5Top shrimp with mung bean sprout and hand picked cilantro.
  6. 6Serve hot. Enjoy!

Hints:

Alternatives:
1. Blend in some sweetened coconut milk to the Thai peanut sauce if it’s too hot.
2. Add crushed peanuts for additional texture
3. Instead of peanut sauce, use your favorite Asian style sauce.
