Turkey and Avocado Club

Ingredients

  • 3 MissionĀ® Medium/Soft Taco Flour Tortillas
  • 4 Tbsp. low fat or light Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Iceberg Lettuce shredded
  • 6 strips of Bacon, cooked
  • 2 slices Red Onion, broken up into rings
  • 18 slices fat free, oven roasted, deli thin Turkey Breast
  • 4 Roma Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 Avocado, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. 1Spread mayonnaise on each tortilla. On one tortilla, add a layer of lettuce and bacon. On the other tortilla, add a layer of red onions, turkey, tomato and avocado.
  2. 2Place the turkey/tomato/avocado layer on top of the bacon/lettuce layer and set the remaining tortilla on the very top.
  3. 3Cut the stack into eighths and secure each wedge with a sandwich toothpick.
