Ingredients
- 3 MissionĀ® Medium/Soft Taco Flour Tortillas
- 4 Tbsp. low fat or light Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Iceberg Lettuce shredded
- 6 strips of Bacon, cooked
- 2 slices Red Onion, broken up into rings
- 18 slices fat free, oven roasted, deli thin Turkey Breast
- 4 Roma Tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 Avocado, thinly sliced
Instructions
- 1Spread mayonnaise on each tortilla. On one tortilla, add a layer of lettuce and bacon. On the other tortilla, add a layer of red onions, turkey, tomato and avocado.
- 2Place the turkey/tomato/avocado layer on top of the bacon/lettuce layer and set the remaining tortilla on the very top.
- 3Cut the stack into eighths and secure each wedge with a sandwich toothpick.
