1 each Mission® Medium/Soft Taco Super Soft Flour Tortilla
1.5 oz. Italian sausage, crumbled, cooked
1 Yellow pepper
1 tsp. Olive oil
½ cup Broccoli florets
1 tsp. Garlic, minced
1 tbsp. White beans, canned, drained, and rinsed
1 tbsp. Roasted garlic alfredo sauce, ready-to-use
⅓ cup Sharp provolone, grated
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Roast the yellow pepper until charred on all sides, either directly on the flame of a gas grill or on a sheet pan under the broiler of an oven. Allow to cool before peeling the charred skin and slicing into strips.
Over medium heat, sauté the broccoli and garlic in olive oil until just underdone, 2-4 minutes. Drain and rinse white beans.
Place the tortilla in large pan over medium heat and toast until crisp on both sides before removing.
Spread the crisp tortilla with roasted garlic alfredo sauce and top with sausage, yellow pepper strips, white beans, and broccoli. Top with provolone and bake for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
