¾ cup Plain Fat-Free Greek Yogurt
¼ cup Fat-Free Cream Cheese, room temperature
2 tsp Fresh Mint, minced
2 tbsp Blueberries, fresh
2 tbsp Frozen Mango, thawed, cut into small pieces
4 Mission® Carb Balance Medium Flour Tortillas, warm
In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese and mint. Mix well to combine.
Gently fold in blueberries and mango chunks.
Portion ⅓ cup of mixture onto the bottom third of each tortilla. Fold the sides and roll forward to form a cylinder.
Cut in half and serve.
