  • Ingredients

    • 1 bag Mission® Organics Tortilla Chips

    • 2 cans (15oz) Black beans, rinsed and drained

    • 6 ears Fresh corn, kernels cut off the cob

    • 2 cans (15oz) Hearts of palm, drained and diced medium

    • 1 pt. Fresh cherry tomatoes, sliced

    • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

    • ¼ Red onion, thinly sliced

    • 1 Jalapeño, seeded and diced (add more for desired heat)

    • 2 Fresh limes, juice of

    • 1 bunch Fresh cilantro, chopped

    • To Taste Salt & pepper

  • Instructions

    • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and gently mix.

    • Cover and chill for a few hours or overnight.

    • Serve at room temperature with Mission Organics Tortilla Chips
